ICE CREAM CAKE 
10 whole graham crackers
2 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip
1 pkg. Heath Bits 'O Brickle (crushed toffee)

Combine first three ingredients and press to form crust in 9"x13" pan. Stir together ice cream, pudding and milk. Pour over crust. Freeze about 20 minutes. Spread Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle with Bits 'O Brickle. Keep frozen until ready to serve. (Recommend making a day ahead.)
