BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 sticks butter 1 egg 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 4 lg. bananas, sliced 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. jar cherries Melt 1 stick butter, mix with cracker crumbs. Pat out in bottom of long glass dish. Mix cream cheese, sugar, stick of butter and egg. Pour over top of cracker crumbs. Next, put bananas, drained pineapple. Then put Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Top with cherries and nuts. Place in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours. |
