CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
4 lb. chicken or 1 hen, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can sweet milk
1 med. size pkg. prepared herb type stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. chicken broth

Line bottom of pan (9x13) with chicken. Cover with soup and milk. Mix stuffing with broth. Saute onions and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Mix stuffing, broth, onions and celery. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 12.
