GROSSE CREPE 
1/4 lb. salt pork
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. milk (whole)

Cut salt pork in thin slices and melt in iron 10 or 12-inch skillet (for oven). In separate bowl mix flour with milk (no lumps); add eggs and mix with fork. With oven already at 425 degrees, place mixture in skillet leaving the pork rinds and immediately place in oven for 12 minutes. Serve with applesauce. Serves 4. So easy, so good, so beautiful.
