DARN GOOD CHILI | |
2 lb. ground beef 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1/4 oz. can water 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. ground cumin 2 cloves garlic, diced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder) 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Brown and drain ground beef. Add onion and green pepper and spices and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer approximately 2 hours. |
