MIGHTY GOOD CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained

Heat cooker and brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans. Put lid on cooker for 5 minutes or leave off lid and simmer for 1 hour. Add beans (up to 32 ounces of beans can be used).
