2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
6 scallions
1 c. sour cream

Melt fat in skillet, toss in hamburger breaking it up into small pieces, fry until brown. Crush or chop garlic fine and mix into meat along with salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Cook noodles as per directions. Chop scallions and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Include some of the green tops. Make layers, noodles, cheese and scallions and meat sauce. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
