ALMOND SALMON SPREAD-BAGEL CHIPS 
3/4 c. toasted almonds, chopped fine
7 3/4 oz. red salmon, drained and flaked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 or 2 drops liquid smoke (optional)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 bags plain bagel chips (from deli department of grocer)

(Same amount of poached fresh salmon can be used). Combine all ingredients, except bagel chips and mix well. Cover and chill overnight. Shape into a ball. Decorate with peppers and almonds.
