10 MINUTE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can peas, chilled and drained
2 c. diced cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 Bermuda onion, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chilled and finely chopped
Salad dressing of your choice

Place peas in a large bowl. Top with cheese, pickles, and onions. Sprinkle chopped eggs on top of onion layer. Just before serving, top with salad dressing of your choice and mix well.
