BUTTER CAKE 
1 pkg. 2 layer yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Bottom crust: Mix together cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press in 9x13 inch baking pan, greased on bottom, to form bottom crust about 1/4 inch thick.

Topping: Mix together thoroughly eggs, cream cheese and sugar. Pour over crust in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Very rich!
