NEW ENGLAND BOILED DINNER | |
1 smoked tenderloin 1 head of cabbage 2 pkgs. of thin carrots 3 c. quartered potatoes Boil smoked tenderloin in stock pot of water about 35 minutes per pound. Use enough water to cover tenderloin. Add carrots (whole) and cook for 10 minutes. Cut cabbage in quarters and add along with the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Strain and serve. |
