CHICKEN BREASTS IN CREAM SAUCE 
2 whole chicken breasts
1 c. chicken stock
6 tbsp. chopped pimentos
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt and pepper; bake covered in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan. Add the flour and stir well. Cook for a couple of minutes but don't brown. Add hot chicken stock and continue stirring until smooth. Set aside.

Soften 6 tablespoons butter and mix with pimentos. Reheat the sauce. Add the cream, salt and pepper to taste; stir in the pimento butter, but don't let boil. Pour over chicken breast and serve.
