FRUIT AND CREAM ROLL 
Beat 3 eggs on high until thick. Add 3/4 cup sugar and beat again. Mix 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice with 2 tablespoons water and add to mixture.

FLOUR MIXTURE:

1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Turn mixer to low speed and add flour mixture gradually. Blend well. Do not overbeat. Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Grease wax paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until thick. Spread part of cream and fruit filling of your choice and roll up. Smother with the rest of the cream and garnish.
