STROMBOLI 
Mustard (brown or yellow)
8 lbs. cold cuts (your choice)
2 lbs. cheese (your choice)
2 onions
2 green peppers
2 cans mushroom pieces
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic powder

DOUGH:

Use bread dough recipe or frozen bread dough.

Makes 5 stromboli.

Separate dough into 5 pieces. Stretch or roll dough on greased cookie sheets. Spread mustard lengthwise in middle 1/2 of dough. Cut all meat and cheese into small pieces. Mix with cut up onions, peppers, and mushroom pieces. Add oregano and garlic powder. Mix altogether in large pot or bowl. Spread mixed ingredients on mustard. Fold bottom and top of dough together and seal well. Tuck ends in before sealing. Bake at 375 degrees about 15-20 minutes or until color desired. Cold cuts and cheese may be whatever you like (hard salami, ham, pepperoni, bologna, Swiss, Provolone, American).
