OVERNIGHT VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 head cauliflower, cut up 1 head broccoli, cut up 1 c. frozen peas, uncooked 8 oz. mushrooms, drained & chopped 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1 bottle (16 oz.) lite Italian dressing 8 oz. cubed Mozzarella cheese 1 c. celery, sliced, chopped Combine cauliflower, broccoli, peas, celery and mushrooms in large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables. Marinate overnight. Just before serving, add Mozzarella cheese. Makes 10 to 12 servings. |
