AUSTRALIAN BANANA CARAMEL PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 ready crust pie crust, any flavor (or baked, cooled pie crust)
Bananas
Cool Whip

Put unopened can of Eagle Brand milk in a saucepan of cool water. Heat the water and can until simmering. Simmer 2 1/2 hours. Do not let the pan boil dry. Cool the can before opening by replacing the hot water with tap water. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with a layer of sliced bananas. Open the cooled can and pour the contents, which are now caramelized, over the bananas. Top with sliced bananas for garnish and Cool Whip. Chill.
