PEA SALAD 
1 can French green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can baby green peas
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Let cool and pour over beans. Let set overnight.
