BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CHEESE
TURNOVERS
 
10 (1 oz.) link sausages
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 (11 oz.) can biscuits
2 tbsp. cornmeal

Cook sausage until brown. Drain. Set aside.

Cut cheese to 2" x 1/2" x 1/4" strips; set aside. Roll biscuit to 4" circle on wax paper sprinkled with cornmeal. Place cheese strip and sausage in center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch. Press edges together. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
