4 lbs. Westchester chocolate 1 lb. Ritz crackers Wintergreen drops to taste (Chocolate and wintergreen are available at Country Kitchen.) Melt chocolate and add wintergreen a few drops at a time until it tastes just right. Then dip crackers with a fork and place on waxed paper to cool. These can be drizzled with melted white chocolate and/or green colored melted white chocolate. | |
