PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (use your favorite flavor)
3 c. milk

Mix together first 4 ingredients with pastry blender and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in a blender. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

Blend pudding mix and milk on low speed. Spread on cream cheese layer.

Top with more Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 6 hours. This dessert can be made ahead and frozen.
