DIET PUDDING DESSERT 
1 pkg. "Weight Watchers" chocolate pudding (or other flavor)
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. crunchy "Golden Graham" cereal

Melt peanut butter and honey 45 seconds on high in microwave. Blend in cereal and mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions and top with 1/2 cup pudding. Chill. 10 calories per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
