PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and beat for 4 minutes. Pour in greased 8 x 13 x 2 loaf pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Pierce holes in top of cake with toothpick and pour glaze over cake.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Boil for about 3 minutes.
