POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. frozen O'Brien potatoes or hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery or mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheese
8 or 16 oz. sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Sm. onion

Mix all of the above together. Put mixture in a 9x12 inch cake pan. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Ham can be added for a main dish.
