SPINACH PIE 
3 or 4 lbs. frozen spinach, defrosted, chopped, drained
2 lbs. creamed cottage cheese
1 doz. eggs
Salt and pepper
2 or 3 lg. onions, chopped
1 pkg. Phyllo dough
1 lb. melted butter

Put 5 sheets Phyllo in oven on cookie sheet, brown slightly. Saute onion in little butter. Mix onions with drained spinach and cottage cheese. Beat eggs and mix into the spinach mixture. Then mix in the browned crumbled Phyllo (5 sheets). Grease pan. Layer sheets of Phyllo (2 sheets) with melted butter. Layer as directed, Phyllo then butter, phyllo then butter, spinach and cheese mixture, Phyllo then butter, phyllo then butter. Put wax paper on top (just enough to cover inside of pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
