BEEF TIPS ON NOODLES 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans onion soup
1 soup can of water
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. oil

Dredge beef in flour and pepper. Brown in oil. When browned add the soup and water and bay leaf. Allow to simmer for 3 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve beef tips over the noodles.
