MARY VAWTER'S SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
2 cans (10 oz. ea.) frozen shrimp soup
4 c. (1 quart) milk
2 c. water
2 pkgs. (12 oz. ea.) frozen haddock fillets
2 cans (4 1/2 oz. ea.) cleaned shrimp, drained and rinsed
2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen lobster tail, cooked and cut up
1 tsp. dried green onion
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper

Combine soup, milk and water. Bring to boil. Add fish, cut in 1 inch chunks. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add shrimp, lobster, onion and thyme. Simmer about 5 minutes. Season to taste. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.

Serves 4 to 6.
