1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 tsp. sour cream
1/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients, adding the eggs last. Place in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. May also be baked in miniature muffin pans for 20-30 minutes. Keeps well frozen.
