CHEESE NUT MUFFINS 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 (17 oz.) pkg. nut bread mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease twelve 3 inch muffin pan cups. In small bowl, with fork mix cream cheese and milk until smooth. Prepare nut bread mix as label directs. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into each muffin pan cup. Top with 1 rounded teaspoon cream cheese mixture then with 1 tablespoon batter. Bake 30 minutes or until muffins are golden and pull away from sides of cups. Cool in pan 5 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan.
