PASTA SURPRISE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
14 oz. spaghetti sauce
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) box shell macaroni
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 lb. thin sliced provolone
1/2 lb. Mozzarella

Cook shells according to directions; rinse. Brown beef; drain. Add onions, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes; mix well. Simmer 20 minutes.

Pour 1/2 of shells into deep casserole dish. Cover with meat sauce mix. Add 1/2 of sour cream. Mix in half of provolone and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat steps. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil, cook 5 more minutes until cheese is melted through.
