PARADISE PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini or paddlewheel pasta, cooked and drained
3/4 lb. broccoli, flowers and stems
1 can sliced, pitted black olives
1 med. cucumber
3 tbsp. chopped onion
15 cherry tomatoes, halved

Blanch finely cut broccoli - stems 5 minutes, flowers for last 3 minutes. Cool. Peel cucumbers. Halve it lengthwise. Remove and discard seeds. Chop cucumber into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix remaining ingredients. Add dressing.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. dried dill
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG
