OLD FASHIONED BAKED BEANS 
2 c. white beans
5 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. ham or bacon, chopped in pieces
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Wash and sort beans. Place beans in large kettle. Add water, onion, salt and meat. Cook over low heat for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender. Drain beans, reserving 1 cup liquid. Add reserved liquid and remaining ingredients. Blend well. Over low heat, cook an additional hour.
