ITALIAN SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch celery
1 lb. carrots
2 lg. raw onions, sliced thin
1 can ripe olives
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Marinate overnight.
