G'S AVOCADO PITA 
2 large avocados
1 cup diced peppers (any color)
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 cup diced red onion
Italian dressing, to taste (I use Kraft Tuscany)
lemon juice, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh chopped parsley, to taste
large multi grain pitas (your favorite)

Fold all ingredients together with spoon. Stuff pita's. These textures and flavors work well together.
