DISH FOR DIETERS 
4 chicken breast, deboned & cut in strips (may use beef strips or crab)
2 peppers, cut in size desired
2 onions, cut in size desired
1 can water chestnuts
2 stalks celery, cut in size desired
1 lg. can mushrooms

Combine onion, peppers and celery with small amount of butter, saute for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add sliced raw chicken to vegetables and saute for another 5 minutes. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms to this mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. Add to this mixture about 2 cups or more of water.

Combine in 1/4 cup garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste, pinch of ginger powder, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon gravy master, salt, pepper and 3-4 teaspoons of cornstarch to thicken. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over fresh broccoli or rice.
