ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE DISH 
3 grated carrots
1 diced onion
3-4 diced zucchini
1 box seasoned croutons
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cube butter

Saute carrots and onion in pan with 1/2 cube of butter. Saute zucchini in pan with 1/2 cube butter.

Mix 3/4 box of croutons, can of cream of celery soup. Mix carrots, onion, and zucchini into mixer. Add remaining 1/4 box of croutons. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
