VEG-ALL STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. or 8 sm. baking potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice top of each potato lengthwise. Scoop out inside, leaving a thin shell. Mash potato until smooth. Add milk, butter and seasonings; beat until fluffy. Fold in Veg-All. Fill shells with mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
