TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
1 avocado
1 jar salsa
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Lemon juice, to taste
Garlic, 1 clove, mashed
Scallions, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Black olives, chopped

On large platter, layer the following items:

1) (Bottom) - refried beans mixed with 1/2 package taco seasoning.

2) Sour cream mixed with 1/2 package taco seasoning.

3) Avocado, peeled and mashed, mixed with lemon juice and garlic.

4) Salsa

5) Shredded cheeses

6) Decorate top with scallions, tomatoes and olives. Serve with chips.
