1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. taco sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic salt

Beat very well. Spread on plate 1/4 to 3/4 inches thick. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and tomato. Put taco chips around edge of plate and edge of dip.
