1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tsp. oil
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt together well in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Make 3 wells for vinegar, vanilla and oil. Add water and stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. hot coffee
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat all ingredients together (except nuts) until smooth. Put on cake while it's hot. Sprinkle nuts on top.
