WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk with cornstarch until it thickens. Let cool. Blend shortening, butter and vanilla with beaters and gradually add sugar. Combine both mixtures well. Makes enough to frost a large cake.
