1 box spice cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. applesauce
2 c. chopped apples
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except apples. Mix well. Add apples. Mix until apples are worked into the batter. Pour into a well greased bundt pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until cake lightly touched springs back. Remove from oven, cool about 1/2 an hour, turn onto plate. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or cool.
