NACHO DIP | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lb. bulk sausage Dash Worcestershire sauce 2 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies 1 tsp. salt (optional) Brown beef with onion. Drain off fat and set aside. Brown sausage and drain. Combine beef and sausage with cheese, Worcestershire sauce and chilies., Heat in double boiler or microwave until cheese is melted. Stir well. Or can heat in crockpot on LOW until cheese is melted. Serve warm with corn chips or vegetable sticks are better. Makes 2 1/2 quarts. |
