NACHO DIP 
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. sausage (optional)
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 3 tbsp. taco sauce

Cook meat and drain excess fat juice. Then add cheese, soup and taco sauce. Mix well. Heat in crock pot on low. Serve with nacho chips.
