ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
1 c. mayonnaise

Puree all ingredients in food processor and pour into 8 inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes (or until golden brown) at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
