PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM COFFEE
CAKE
 
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. favorite jam

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round 9" x 1 1/2" pan. Cut peanut butter into baking mix and sugar. Stir in milk and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread batter in pan. Spoon jam by teaspoonfuls over batter. Bake until light brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm. 6 to 8 servings.
