GAMMY'S SOUP 
1 lb. pkg. of "15 - bean" soup
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes (or 2 chopped fresh tomatoes)
1 med. onion
1/2 lb. Polska Kielbasa turkey sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove minced garlic

Wash beans, cover with water, soak overnight. Drain off water, add fresh water to about 2 inches above beans. Cook medium - low heat for 1 hour. Add all other ingredients, reduce heat to simmer 1 hour. Serve with hot french bread. Mmm!
