SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk and flavoring together then pour in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Topping: melt butter, add sugar, flour and nuts. Mix together, sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
