RICE HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1/2 stalk celery
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/4 c. water
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May use chow mein noodles on top in place of potato chips.
