GREEN GODDESS SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 qts. chopped lettuce
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat
2 avocados, peeled, sliced

Dissolve gelatin, salt, pepper, in boiling water. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar. Beat until well blended. Pour into two 8 inch square pans. Chill until firm and cut into 1 inch square pieces. Pile gelatin cubes in center of bowl. Arrange salad greens, crab meat and avocado slices around edge. Makes 8 entree servings.
