SHORTCAKE DESSERT 
1 angel food cake mix
1 pkg. frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry junket
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Bake an angel food cake as directed and cool. When cool, break it up into pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Then mix remaining ingredients and spread over cake pieces.
